At Aro Shoes, we want your footwear to fit perfectly. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original packaging and include all tags and protective materials to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
